It is once again time to nominate your candidate(s) for the 2016 Live Well San Diego Public Health Champion Awards! These awards recognize extraordinary achievements by an individual and/or organization in areas of public health services that protect and promote the health of San Diego County residents.
The awards were created to recognize the role of public/private collaboration in advancing optimal health and wellness throughout the County’s diverse populations. This year’s award theme will again recognize achievements related to the 2016 National Public Health Week’s (NPHW) theme: “Healthiest Nation 2030 – Let’s make America the healthiest nation in one generation.”
