Kids for Peace, Inc. joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on December 10, 2020. Kids for Peace, Inc. is dedicated to creating a safe and peaceful world where all people respect and care for each other and our planet. Their mission is to empower kids to create peace through hands-on service, global friendships, and thoughtful acts of kindness.
Kids for Peace, Inc. was created in 2006 when Jill McManigal and Danielle Gram met at a neighborhood party. There the two became involved in a discussion about their wishes and hopes for our world. Weeks later Jill and Danielle gathered in their backyard with a small group of children and Kids for Peace, Inc. was born.
Kids for Peace, Inc. provides a platform for young people to actively engage in socially conscious leadership, community service, arts, environmental stewardship, and global friendships.
Kids for Peace, Inc. is committed to advancing the Live Well San Diego vision by empowering and improving the lives of San Diego residents so they can live a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
