UNIVERSITY OF SAN DIEGO

University of San Diego joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on January 24, 2020. Their mission is to being committed to advancing academic excellence, expanding liberal and professional knowledge, creating a diverse and inclusive community, and preparing leaders who are dedicated to ethical conduct and compassionate service.

The history of the University of San Diego traces back to July, 1949 as the independent San Diego College for Women and San Diego University (comprised of the College for Men and School of Law). The academic institutions merged in 1972 into the University of San Diego. Since then, the university has grown to comprise of 9 undergraduate and graduate schools.

The University of San Diego now offers more than 80 degrees in bachelors, masters, and doctoral levels, and is divided into 6 schools and colleges.

The University of San Diego is committed to advancing the Live Well San Diego vision by empowering and improving the lives of San Diego residents so they can live a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
