Welcome to the Live Well San Diego Community and Faith-Based Organizations (CFBO) Sector. The CFBO Sector was expanded in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has continued to grow ever since. The sector offers opportunities for community-based organizations and faith-based organizations collaborate with one another, share resources and best practices, and work together to promote healthy, safe, and thriving communities. The CFBO Sector also includes the Rural Communities sub-sector, which brings together community stakeholders, organizations, and individuals serving rural communities in San Diego County. Community & Faith-Based Organizations telebriefings will be held the 1st Wednesday of every quarter from 1:00 - 2:00 PM (February, May, August, November). These meetings will be conducted completely online. We encourage you to submit your questions 24 hours before the telebriefings so that they can be answered on the call.
