The County of San Diego has led a series of in-person and virtual community conversations focused on where shelters, homes, and supportive services for persons experiencing homelessness should be located within the unincorporated communities of San Diego County.
This effort is in support of the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors’ adopted Framework for Ending Homelessness and specifically addresses Compassionate Emergency Solutions and Pathways to Housing for People Experiencing Homelessness in East County.
