masks, gowns, face shields and more through a partnership with Rady Children's
Foundation and Rock Church.

Kitchens for Good - Opportunities for volunteers
18 or older to assist with portioning, weighing, sealing, and labeling
hunger relief meals and chopping and processing produce.
Live Well San Diego Signature Events
The Live Well San Diego 5K enlists the help of volunteers
each year to help with registration, race logistics, water stations,
etc. at the annual summer race.
Love Your Heart, held near February 14th each year, needs volunteers
who can perform blood pressure screenings (medical workers) or assist
with logistics and education (general volunteers).
