Steps for students Challenge

September is Hunger Action Month. You can take action to combat hunger among those in need by turning your exercise into donated meals for local students! 

We are excited to team up with Alliance Healthcare Foundation and the Jacobs and Cushman San Diego Food Bank to convert your workouts into meal donations through the Vizer app.

Vizer, with support from Alliance Healthcare Foundation's Innovation Initiative (i2) Challenge Grant, offers an app that translates your sweat into meals for students in need. To date, over 220,000 workouts have been converted into meal donations throughout the country.

How It Works

 

 

 

 

     

Step One: Sweat

Download the free Vizer app and choose your activity challenge each day - either to walk 10,000 steps, reach 30 active minutes, or take a class with a Vizer partner studio.

 

 

 

     

Step Two: Give

Every day that you reach your goal, make sure to tap "Donate" on the app. to have Vizer partners donate a meal on your behalf.
