HEALTHY, SAFE AND THRIVING COMMUNITIES IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Love Your Heart!
Love Your Heart is an annual event in which organizations from across San Diego County and Mexico join together to provide free blood pressure screenings on Valentine’s Day, February 14, with extended dates for faith-based sites February 13-16.
With over 43,000 residents screened in 2019, we need your help to activate your fellow San Diegans to take charge of their heart health.
We look forward to working with you to make Love Your Heart 2020 bigger and better!
