Visit libraries across San Diego County to take your blood pressure. The Read Your Beats program is a partnership with libraries to promote heart health and provide access to FREE blood pressure screenings. Participating libraries have unstaffed resource tables available during open hours, allowing any member of the community to self-assess their blood pressure.
