Dive into Data

Data dashboards are visual and interactive tools that are used by organizations to track, display, and analyze key performance indicators and metrics…and we have three new resources to share with you:

  1.  Regional Data Hub
Our new Regional Data Hub is your one-stop resource for finding data dashboards from across the region. The Data Hub is a great place to help you find the information you need to make data-driven decisions for the greater good.

  2. Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plans
The County of San Diego and the Live Well San Diego Community Leadership Teams recently finalized their Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plans. These resources have great regional data and highlight priorities and plans for improvements within your community.  Learn more about what is being done and join the efforts!

  3. Children and Families Data Indicators
The Live Well San Diego Children & Families Data Hub (formerly known as the Report Card on Children, Families, and Community) documents the status of health, safety, and well-being of children, families, and communities in San Diego County now viewable in an interactive, online format!

Collective Impact

Finally, we’d like to let you know about a great resource to help you learn more about the concept of collective impact on which the Live Well San Diego vision has been built.
