The San Diego East County Community Action Network (SanDi-ECAN) is a community-based action partnership of providers, volunteers and consumers of services dedicated to improving quality of life for older adults and adults living with disabilities in Central and East San Diego.

Their mission is to advocate for older adults & adults living with disabilities in Central and East San Diego. They also offer informative events including the annual Spring into Healthy Living event.
